Scarlett Johansson, American actress (born on November 22nd, 1985, in New York City New York) has received acclaim for her abilities to perform across various genres from period dramas to thrillers to action adventures. Johansson, the daughter of an architect and a producer, was raised in New York City. Hunter is her twin sister, was born in the city of New York. She began to develop an interest in acting at an early age and was auditioning for commercials before age seven. Then she began her studies at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and then went to the Professional Children's School in Manhattan to further refine her skills. In the Off Broadway play Sophistry she worked with Ethan Hawke. She then appeared in her first film with North (1994) and was written by Rob Reiner, at age nine. Johansson was later seen as a character in Just Cause, but she was first seen in Manny & Lo, a film about orphaned siblings who flee. She next earned the attention of critics for her character as a teenage girl who had a life-threatening accident The Horse Whisperer (1998) and gained more attention as cynical teen outcast Rebecca on the set of Ghost World (2001). Smith became well-known for her character Nell Jones, the CBS hit show NCIS Los Angeles. She has won awards for her performance and was part of the primary characters on the show. In addition to appearing in the show, she is also an accomplished stage actor. She is known for her exceptional performance in plays such as Wildflower. Renee Felice Smith began her journey into the entertainment industry from a young age. She discovered her passion for acting as a young child. Smith got her first of her acting gigs at the tender age of 6. She appeared in the Dannon TV commercial. As with most actresses beginning to get their feet wet, she would work on her acting skills. When she performed her stage debut with Wildflower she was also working on different projects across USA. She was a student at the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
